We can all use an extra hour of sleep, and with daylight savings time ending we get the extra hour we need. As we get older, our sleeping patterns change and challenges can occur to get the proper rest that we need. Michael Vitiello, professor of psychiatric and behavioral sciences at the University of Washington in Seattle says the key for better sleep when you’re older is staying healthy.
